How do I sign up with Fortum?

You can sign a contract directly on the Fortum website — click the ”Choose” button in the Verrokit comparison to go straight to the order form. You will need your metering point identifier (on your current electricity bill) and your personal ID.

Your old contract ends automatically when the new one takes effect — Fortum handles the switch for you within 2–4 weeks. You do not need to notify your old provider or your local grid operator separately.
